Outside of bridal appointments, If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we require 48 hour advance notice. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and we will handle these on a case by case basis. There is a 50% service charge of remaining balance to card on file for any appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours of scheduled appointment. Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and goes toward your booked service balance. Cancellations: 48 hour notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule. There is a 50% service charge of remaining balance to card on file for any appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Consultations are free of charge for the initial scheduling, however, rescheduling a consult must be done 48 hours in advance. If not, upon the reschedule, there will be a fee of $15 as that time has already been reserved to discuss your wedding event or educational journey details. Please email, text, or call to reschedule. Please note social media is not a method of contact. Tardiness: A late fee of $30 will be added to your service if client is 10 minutes late to scheduled appointment. If you arrive late to an appointment, that time is deducted from your allotted service time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited. If you are late to more than 3 appointments, you will be suspended from booking future appointments. No Call, No Show: No call no shows are charged 100% of service charge via card on file and are suspended from booking future services. COVID-19 Advisory! I have been fully vaccinated and completed a certification on how to best service you in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. I will be cleaning my hands often, wearing a mask at all times during your appointment. Please DO NOT retain an appointment if you or anyone in your home has been experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms (Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, Muscle or body aches, headache). Your temperature will be checked at the time of your appointment. If elevated (98.6+) at the time of the appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and the non-refundable deposit retained. In the event of inclement weather, emergency, tragedy for the service provider, or world disaster (such as but not limited to fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves, tsunami, floods, epidemic, pandemic, governmental orders), deposits are non-refundable.
